TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
KHYATI ISPAT Pvt. Limited (KIPL) has adopted the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and the induction of its new modernized unit inside the same premises has emphasized to function as drivers to quality and productivity enhancement. To date, the implementation of TPM has enables KIPL to achieve the Turnover of 363 Cores during the FY-2012 -2013.
The TPM philosophy comprises a systematic methodology that aims to change the organization by changing the thinking style of people within the organization. It is a philosophy of prevention that advocates participation by all, and envisages an organization that is transformed into a learning workplace where people derive satisfaction through daily improvement.
This approach focuses on developing a strong and profitable company constitution by completely eliminating defects, customer complaints, breakdowns and accidents within an organization. For this purpose, it suggests methods for loss identification, loss quantification and loss elimination. And, thereafter for sustaining the improved condition and steadily making further continuous improvements.

In the company Endeavour to be a pioneer in Re-Rolling Mills, it worked hard to merit the ISO: 9001-2001 (Quality System) certification, received during the year 2005 and from renewed up to 2014. KHYATI has been recommended for this prestigious certification by Ukas Quality Management, an internationally reputed certifying body.
